STEPS:
1. Play our meditation and healing music in the background. Sit in a relaxed position with your back and neck straight or lie flat on a bed or a couch.

2. Close your eyes, then feel the breath running in and out of your nose passively.

3. If you encounter any other thoughts and your mind starts to wander about. Passively notice your mind wandering and bring it back to observing breathing. ( everything is done passively as an unbiased observer whose duty is just to observe rather than to analyse)

4. Do this for about 10 Minutes every day. You may continue listening to our long relaxation music in the background after your session to enhance the effect and speed up the whole process. You may fall asleep to our music playing in the background.

NOTE: When starting off, your thoughts will wander more often but as you continue your practice your mind will be tamed by you and you will be the master of your mind.
