Music Therapy for Stress Release using isochronic tones, natural sounds, and beautiful music.

This uses alpha and low beta frequencies to alleviate anxiety and relax the listener. (Isochronic tones) I recommend headphones for this one.

We start this session out at 12.00 Hz and slowly ramp down to a theta Level of 8.4 Hz. You will arrive at Theta level 8 minutes into the recording and then after being there for 16 minutes, we will begin to ramp it up so you arrive back at an Alpha state of 14 .00 Hz.

Ideal for people who may be suffering from stress, insomnia, depression, anxiety. The perfect way to calm down after a stressful day.

Find a quiet place where you cannot be disturbed, place headphones on for best results, close your eyes and focus on your breathing.

Breath in for a count of 4
Hold for 2 counts
And release breath for 4 counts

Repeat this process throughout. This is rhythmic breathing and is perfect to use throughout this recording.
