Christ Consciousness – How To Tune Into The Divine Mind More Effectively
Christ Consciousness is a state of being that many people are interested in achieving today. It should be noted that Christ Consciousness is not only of interest to Christians – rather the term is used to denote a higher state of consciousness in which many of the qualities associated with Jesus Christ are found, but they aren’t only associated with Jesus, and are widely promoted by other religions and spiritual teachers also.
These exalted qualities include characteristics such as patience, truthfulness, forgiveness, and benevolence towards others and the self. It’s easy to see how pleasant it would be to live in a world where everyone embodies these traits – a world of peace and harmony. As each individual person evolves, such states may become more clearly manifest in their lives; in this sense, the world is moving towards this state of ‘divine consciousness’ one person at a time, and the process is speeded up by those who intentionally seek to embody the Christ consciousness within their day to day lives.
There’s no doubt that this can be a challenging process, even for the most committed. After all, life can throw up people and events that can tend to bring out the worst in us all, and it’s easy to allow our thoughts to slip back into negativity. The good news is that Christ Consciousness is associated with specific vibrational frequencies, which can be induced in the brain using brainwave entrainment technology.
Binaural Beats For Christ Consciousness
In case you’re not familiar with the process, brainwave entrainment refers to the tendency of the brain to synchronise with the frequency of a rhythmic external source, such as a sound or light pattern. This means that by exposing it to particular frequencies, it’s easy to induce the state of consciousness that’s associated with those frequencies. The higher mental state that characterizes Christ Consciousness has been found to correspond to the high beta range of brainwave frequencies (beta waves fall into the 13 – 25 Hz range, approximately).
Audio-based brainwave entrainment techniques use recordings of either binaural, monaural or isochronic sounds. These work differently, but all produce similar effects, with isochronic tones being slightly more powerful. By using an (e.g.) isochronic recording that entrains your brain to frequencies in the high beta range, you can access the Christ Consciousness more easily, and after a while, you’ll find it easier to maintain without the recording, as your brain becomes accustomed to this state.

I haven’t tried this recording myself, so can’t personally recommend it, but I do use their meditation tracks regularly, which I find very useful, and the site guarantees all products for eight weeks, so you can try them with confidence.
